Cow dung drying equipment is a Low-fuel-consumption and high efficiency drying machine.It can be used to dry the dung with moisture content 70%-80% to a final below 13% only one time. The whole process in a closed system,thereby reduce to pollute the environment.Chicken manure drying equipment is contented by heating source,loading machine,feeder,rotary rolling tube,unloading machine,exhauster,unloader and power distribution cabinets. The wet material is put into the drying equipment after dehydration.The material can disperse evenly and contact fully with the hot air in the drying equipment through the stirring of the plate which is in the roller.
Thus quicken the speed of drying,heat transfering and mass transfering.In the process of drying,the material can be sent out by the star unloading valve which is in the other end of the drying equipment under the action of the gradient plate and the hot mass.

perating principle:
The machine adopts the couple roller. Between the rollers, there is certain gap. Using double output shaft reduction Machine, makes the couple roller in phase and run face to face. One group of roller axle seat is fixed and another group of roller axle seat is slipped. With the support of the pressure of hydraulic cylinder, they are close to each other and the hydraulic system can has the action of compensation and protection. In the surface of the roller, the hole (arc trough) of many shapes and same size are arrayed. According to the different compression rate of the materials, choose the trough of one roller aiming at the trough of another roller, or peak to trou gh. Two rollers is arranged in horizon. The powder material on itself weight is compulsorily feed into the gap between two rollers over the rollers continuously and equally. When the material enters into the gripping area, it is gripped by the roller. With the continuous turning or the roller, the occupied space of the material is less and less and gradually compressed and reaches the max value of the formation pressure. Then, the pressure gradually reduces. The flakes due to its elasticity and self weight breaks off the arc trough, and enter into the cutting and granulation device and sieves into the grain.

Recycling granulator line components:
1) Ration feeding device: Composed of raw material silo and star type charger with fixed amount transportation, 0.75kw power, 4L/rpm, frequency conversion speed adjustment.
2) Compulsory feeding machine: Composed of charger with 4kw frequency conversion speed adjusting motor, taper helix, agitator knife, taper charger with observation window and feeding bucket. This is to further finish degasification and pre-compress the powder.
3) Compacter: Composed of fixed axle seat and slipped axle seat, two alloy steel rollers, two hydraulic cylinder and pump, double output reduction machine, Type GIICL drum jugged shaft coupling and 11kw electromotor set.
4) Grinding machine: Grinding chamber, cutting principal axis, 19 pieces of multi-teeth rotation knife and comb plate composes the grinding chamber. The principal axis driven by 4kw motor to rotate cut the flakes in high feed. The cutting speed is 750~900rpm.
5) Granulator: Composed of granulation chamber, granulation principal axis, 10 pieces of turning cut knife and the U type screen mesh (grain size as per customer request) with the hole diameter 0.5~5mm. 5.5kw motor-wheel drives the principal axis to granulating. The granulation turning speed: 150~250rpm.
6) Electrical control cabinet: Composed of electrical control box, frequency conversion speed adjusting controller, ammeter, voltmeter, instruction light, button, voltage conversion switch, etc.
7) Vibrating screen: (one set) the grinded material from the grinding and granulator is screened into the grain by this machine and recycled powder. SFJH0.8×2C
8) Bucket hoisting machine HL160. Equipped based on the request.

Rotary Drier:

Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:

The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe; moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at the discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

Principle

Passing through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower,the material liquid will rotate and be sprayed into the extremely fine mist liquid beads.Throug the very short time of contacting the heat air,the materials can be dried into the final products.The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclones. The waste gas will be discharged from blower.
Features:
The drying speed is high when the material liquid is atomized,the surface area of the material will increase greatly.In the hot-air flow,95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment.The time of completing the drying is only several seconds. This is especially suitable for drying the heat sensitive materials.
Its final products own the good uniformity, flow ability & solubility. And the final products are high in purity and good in quality.
The producition procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy.The liquid with moisture contents of 40-60%(for special materials,the contents might be up to 90%).can be dried into the powder or particle products once a time.
