With the development of agriculture, agricultural by-products has been taking more attention.
Manure's pollution on environment is increasing, but the dung is rich in nutrients and trace elements which is a good organic fertilizer.Cow dung as an organic compound fertilizer, not only turning waste into treasure, but also can reduce environmental pollution and prevent the spread of the disease.It also has good economic and social benefits.Our cow dung drying equipment as a corollary equipment of organic compound fertilizer production line,can make fine particles.Meanwhile it can be used not only as culture medium,planting edible fungus agaricus bisporus,but also can be use d as breeding the feed of turtle,fish,snails,chicken,duck,etc.
Cow dung drying equipment is a Low-fuel-consumption and high efficiency drying machine.It can be used to dry the dung with moisture content 70%-80% to a final below 13% only one time. The whole process in a closed system,thereby reduce to pollute the environment.Chicken manure drying equipment is contented by heating source,loading machine,feeder,rotary rolling tube,unloading machine,exhauster,unloader and power distribution cabinets. The wet material is put into the drying equipment after dehydration.The material can disperse evenly and contact fully with the hot air in the drying equipment through the stirring of the plate which is in the roller.
Thus quicken the speed of drying,heat transfering and mass transfering.In the process of drying,the material can be sent out by the star unloading valve which is in the other end of the drying equipment under the action of the gradient plate and the hot mass.

perating principle:
The machine adopts the couple roller. Between the rollers, there is certain gap. Using double output shaft reduction Machine, makes the couple roller in phase and run face to face. One group of roller axle seat is fixed and another group of roller axle seat is slipped. With the support of the pressure of hydraulic cylinder, they are close to each other and the hydraulic system can has the action of compensation and protection. In the surface of the roller, the hole (arc trough) of many shapes and same size are arrayed. According to the different compression rate of the materials, choose the trough of one roller aiming at the trough of another roller, or peak to trou gh. Two rollers is arranged in horizon. The powder material on itself weight is compulsorily feed into the gap between two rollers over the rollers continuously and equally. When the material enters into the gripping area, it is gripped by the roller. With the continuous turning or the roller, the occupied space of the material is less and less and gradually compressed and reaches the max value of the formation pressure. Then, the pressure gradually reduces. The flakes due to its elasticity and self weight breaks off the arc trough, and enter into the cutting and granulation device and sieves into the grain.

Recycling granulator line components:
1) Ration feeding device: Composed of raw material silo and star type charger with fixed amount transportation, 0.75kw power, 4L/rpm, frequency conversion speed adjustment.

The granulation turning speed: 150~250rpm.
6) Electrical control cabinet: Composed of electrical control box, frequency conversion speed adjusting controller, ammeter, voltmeter, instruction light, button, voltage conversion switch, etc.

Rotary Drier:
Rotary drier is widely used for drying materials in industries like cement, mine, building materials, chemistry, food and fertilizer, etc. This rotary drying machine comes with thermocouples on the feeding and discharging device to control the temperature. Thermometers are also adopted so as to better control the working temperature (generally 350-380°) of the rotary drier.
The Working Principle of rotary drier:
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they ar e in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

The Working Principle of rotary drier:
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they ar e in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.
